1.
Sanmitra Trivedi joins Finolex Industries as president & CHRO

With over thirty years of experience across industries, Trivedi has also served on the committees of NASSCOM, CII and Petrofed. 

Sanmitra Trivedi, who was the senior VP and head-HR, petroleum refining & marketing at Reliance Industries, has just joined Finolex Industries as the president and CHRO. With over three decades of experience across industries, Trivedi is a senior HR leader who has also served on the committees of NASSCOM, CII and Petrofed.
Trivedi will now be based out of Pune, operating from the PVC manufacturer’s headquarters. He joins Finolex Industries after having spent five years at Reliance Industries. Prior to that, he has also worked with Larsen & Toubro, Verizon Data Services, NCR Corporation, Halliburton and Atos Origin.
An engineering graduate, Trivedi began his professional journey in 1988, as a trainee at Mukand, where he worked for nine years and moved up the ranks to become assistant manager within seven and a half years. He was also acknowledged by the chairman and MD of the company for his extraordinary performance and growth.
He joined Halliburton in 1997 and led HR for all legal entities of Halliburton Company in India and Bangladesh. He also implemented the global merger of two companies —Halliburton and Dresser Industries in India.

Sanjay Bose moves from Taj to ITC as V-P HR

In his last role, Bose was responsible for global HR operations of the Taj Group.
After having spent over two decades at the Taj Hotels, Sanjay Bose has just moved to ITC Hotels as the vice president-HR and is now based out of Gurgaon. After having joined Taj Hotels in 1995, Bose had grown through the ranks and last served as the vice president-HR operations at the company. He was responsible for the entire global HR operations for the Taj Group in his last role. 
Bose completed his MBA in HR from the Xavier Institute of Social Service in 1995 and that’s when he kick-started his career with The Taj Mahal Hotel in New Delhi, as an assistant manager-HR. He had a generalist HR exposure in his formative years, as he managed employee life cycle events and was responsible for engagement in his first role.
He also worked in the area of labour legislation, domestic enquiries and court cases, and conceived and implemented a computerised database for HR records back then.
In 1999, he joined the corporate HR team at Taj Hotels and deployed an HRIS system across all 60 hotels of the company. He worked extensively in the area of M&A and was part of a team that oversaw four large acquisitions for the Group. He was also part of a three-member core team that designed and implemented a rightsizing exercise for the company. 
Bose took up an advanced management development programme at IIM, Bangalore in 2002.

Rajorshi Ganguli joins Alkem Laboratories as president and global HR head

Ganguli was vice president & head commercial HR at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.

Rajorshi Ganguli, vice-president & head commercial HR, Dr Reddy's Laboratories, has just moved to Alkem Laboratories as the president and global head-HR. Ganguli will be based out of Mumbai.
With over two decades of overall experience and a little over thirteen years at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Ganguli is a seasoned HR professional with exposure across geographies and domains. In his new role at Alkem Laboratories, he will be responsible for integrating and managing the entire international HR operations for the firm.
Speaking on his appointment and role, Ganguli says, “Alkem Laboratories is a billion dollar organisation and is growing rapidly. Being a part of its growth aspirations, I will be leading global HR for the company, supporting it in its journey towards the next orbit of growth.”
