	Organized by which Club : 1. PGDM & Pharma students on their android smartphones complying to filll up the Google forms for the Assessment Centre 2. PGDM (PM) student Meenakshi explaining the Jo-Hari Personality Profile analysis 3. PGDM (PM) student Mandar co-relating the different ego states in Transactional Analysis The 2nd Year PGDM (PM) and PGDM students are subject to various psychological tests, management games, and oral presentations and such other various exercises. They are asked questions and accordingly judged by the raters. On this Day of the Assessment Centre workshop, students in groups increased their self-awareness towards development, through the Personality profile analysis, Transactional Analysis and 7+ other psychometric tests.
