 1.  SG Analytics appoints Sid Bannerjee as an Advisory Board Member.  

 I am confident Sid’s addition will give rise to new and exciting opportunities and help strengthen SG Analytics’ commitment as trusted insights and analytics partner. The company has been strengthening its senior leadership team by bringing in Dr Chiranjiv Roy Ankit Rastogi , Nishant Singh and Kulwinder Singh in the last 12 months.Till recently Sid was on the advisory board of Bridgei2i, now part of Accenture’s Applied Intelligence practice. Sid played a key role in facilitating their stake sell. He brings in a diversity of thoughts and a global network to help broaden SGA’s horizons for engaging with constituencies and stakeholders outside of its conventional realm.

2.  Emami restructures leadership, Founders to continue being board members. 

Both the Founders will not accept any emoluments from the Company for taking up their new positions. Emami Limited announced that the company has appointed R. Goenka as the Non-Executive Chairman, while re-designating Mr. R S Agarwal as Chairman Emeritus effective April 1, 2022. The Emami Ltd Board also acceded to Mr Sushil K Goenka’s desire to step down from his current position as the Managing Director of Emami Ltd as part of the transition process and has re-appointed him as a Whole-Time Director of the Company effective April 1, 2022. Mohan Goenka & Mr Harsha V Agarwal, Whole-Time Directors of Emami Ltd as they have been serving the business dedicatedly for over two decades. The announcement comes after both the Founders expressed their willingness to step down from the position of their current executive positions while continuing on the Board,spearheading multiple functions and growing the business successfully thereby gaining immense exposure to steer the Organisation forward.

3.  Wipro appoints Namita Tiwari as Director and Head of CIS Marketing.

Being an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of International Business and having work experience of 20 years, Namita will drive strategic growth in Wipro’s marketing department. The Indian IT company Wipro has appointed Namita Tiwari as the Director and Head of CIS Marketing. In the new role, Namita will be responsible for the innovation of the marketing strategies of the company and will be based in Bengaluru. Prior to Wipro, Namita was employed with Tata Communications as a Senior Manager, Digital and Content Marketing, she has also worked with a number of companies which are Accenture, Coforge, HCL, Polaris and Infosys. Announcing her new role, Namita wrote on LinkedIn, "I am excited & grateful to share that I have joined Wipro, as Marketing Director & relocated to Bangalore."
