It covered interesting insights on our past historians, leaders and management gurus and threw light on the process of leadership formation. Students delved on Leadership personality through the time from birth till the experiences around them. Bombay Management Association`s episode on RK Talwar, encouraged the burgeoning young managers of tomorrow to realise the importance of honesty in a business parlance and also the struggle through which leaders grow through right from birth till fame. The 15 PGDM-C students created positive leadership vibes amongst each other with Dr Mrs Merlyn Michael Dsouza, at the helm of the discussions.
