RULES AND PROCEDURES FOR “P-A-W”–The HR Personality Assessment Workshop ‘P-A-W’

1.     IESMCRC HR Club, HR Matrix is organising ‘P-A-W’– HR Personality Assessment Workshop ‘P-A-W’.

2.     SCHEDULE:

9th November at 1 to 1:30 PM (1st Yr. Batch ‘22-24, All specialisations); Venue: Seminar Hall, 6th Floor

10th November at 1 to 1.30PM (2nd Yr. Batch ’21-23, Pharma & PG-Mktg./BA/Fin. specialisations); Venue: Seminar Hall, 6th Floor /

11th November (2nd Yr. Batch ’21-23 HR specialisation); Venue: Classroom 305

3.     The Personality cards will be given on that day and date.

4.     The submission is to be provided on that day in that time, by the participant.

5.     All students with ies.edu email ids, will be eligible for participation.

6.     The starting date is on point no. 2. So be present and await your results on 23rd November 2022.

7.     The results will be announced by email individually to participants on 23rd November 2022.

8.     In the results,

a.      1st Yr. students will be guided as to which specialization either of HR/ Marketing/ Finance/ Operations/ IT is suited for them.

b.     2nd Yr. students, guidance will be provided on the type of jobs best suited for them in related specialisations.

9.     All are encouraged to participate in this workshop using the Left/ Right Brain Dominance Tests to sharpen your career choices.

10.  Certificate of participation would be provided to each participant.

11.  The photo gallery of the event will feature in our blog <https://iesmcrc-hrclub.blogspot.com/> and social media sites.
