PGDM 2nd year HR students Sayali, Madhura and Heet after taking their Brain Dominance Test as a mix of Type A and Balanced Personality types on 12th Nov, '22 The 1st & 2nd Year PGDM (PM) and PGDM students are subject to the Brain Dominance psychological test and such other exercise explain the significance of the testing. They are asked questions and accordingly judged. On this Day of the Personality Assessment Workshop, students in groups increased their self-awareness towards personality development, through the psychometric test and ascertained their Left or Right Brain Dominance Test scores of Types A, B or Balanced nature. Dr. Mrs. Merlyn Michael D`souza presented participants on behalf of IESMCRC HR club HR Matrix, e-certificates and an Assessment Workshop email with brief details on specialization preferred by them and how it is beneficial to them.
