Coca-Cola’s Pranav Prasoon joins TruKKer as CPO.

Prasoon is better known as a captain in the Indian HR network as he has served the Indian Armed Forces for close to six years. TruKKer, a UAE-based logi-tech platform has announced the appointment of Pranav Prasoon as its new chief people officer. Prasoon will work closely with the leadership team at TruKKer and lead the Company’s people practices, culture and business evolution. Prasoon has moved from Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages where he was national head – HR for about half a year. An experienced HR leader, Prasoon has worked on various aspects of HR such as strategic HR business partnering, employee relations, learning and development (L&D), talent management, succession planning, talent attraction, HRMS implementation, change management, culture building, employer branding, diversity and inclusion and rewards.

Tata Coffee’s Sudhansu Misra is now CHRO for Croma

At Tata Coffee Misra used to lead the people function as well as the business excellence, ethics and sustainability functions in the company. Sudhansu Misra, who was leading the HR function for Tata Coffee as its CHRO for over three years, has now taken charge as the CHRO at Infinity Retail, Croma. At Tata Coffee, Misra was leading the people function and was heading the business excellence, ethics and sustainability functions in the company. With over two decades of experience in HR, Misra was working as the senior GM, corporate HR (talent management, leadership development, L&D) at Tata Motors, before joining Tata Coffee.

3. Meta names Sandhya Devanathan as India head

Devanathan has been part of the company since 2016 and in her current role, she leads Meta’s gaming business for APAC. Sandhya Devanathan has been named India head at Meta, the parent company of social networking website Facebook. Having been part of the Company since 2016, in her current role Devanathan will lead Meta’s gaming business for APAC. In the past, as the country director of Facebook, Singapore and Vietnam, she has played a crucial role in building the Singapore and Vietnam businesses and teams. Her role in establishing the e-commerce initiatives in the Southeast has also been remarkable.
