Ritesh Joshi joins Gilbarco Veeder Root India as head – HR.

Joshi moves from Cummins India, where he was labour relations leader, India, China and Asia Pacific. After spending almost eight years with Cummins India, Ritesh Joshi has joined Gilbarco Veeder Root India, a Vontier Group company, as head – HR. Armed with an MBA from Savitribai Phule Pune University and PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, Joshi has spent over 15 years of his over two decades long career journey in end-to-end HR/IR functions. Joshi began his career with Mahindra & Mahindra, as deputy manager, manufacturing, in 1997. After about 11 years, he became manager – training, in 2006. He spent slightly less than 13 successful years at Mahindra.

Magenta Mobility appoints Dharmistha Chaudhary as CHRO

With 22+ years across logistics, retail, and manufacturing, Chaudhary brings rich experience to the company. Dharmistha Chaudhary has been appointed as the chief human resources officer at Magenta Mobility. Her entry into this role coincides with Magenta for Magenta Mobility as it ramps up its operations and extends its market reach. The company’s strategic emphasis on human resources places it in a prime position to maintain its role as a significant player in the dynamic electric mobility sector. Chaudhary is eagerly anticipating her new role and has shared her involvement in shaping Magenta’s overarching strategic course.

Sarabjeet Singh elevated to global head of people, culture and Helpshift India site lead

Singh joined the mobile-first customer-service platform in 2021, as director - global business partner. Sarabjeet Singh, who has been associated with Helpshift India since 2021 — first as director, global business partner and then as global head – people and culture — has now been elevated to the role of global head of people, culture, and Helpshift India site lead. An alumnus of the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Singh began his career with Infosys, as senior HRBP, in 2008.
