Neha Ahluwalia is now head – HR, Hitachi Energy India

She moves from ABB after a 15-year long tenure, where her last-held position was that of global HRBP – robotics and automation. After spending 15 successful years at ABB, Neha Ahluwalia has moved on to Hitachi Energy India where she assumes the role of head – HR. An alumna of ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad and IMD, Ahluwalia began her professional journey as a project trainee at Sierra Atlantic, in 2004. A year later, she joined HCL Technologies, where she served as HR business partner till 2008. Since May 2008, she has been associated with ABB, the multinational automation company, in various capacities.

Anant Goenka appointed vice chairman, RPG Group

In his new role, Goenka will guide the group's growth, focusing on strategy, sustainability, digital and innovation. The RPG Group has announced Anant Goenka as the vice chairman of its diversified organisation. In this expanded role, Goenka will maintain his positions as the vice chairman of CEAT and Zensar Technologies, thereby fortifying the leadership within the group. This strategic move ensures stability and long-term continuity for the Group, which is highly regarded for its commitment to corporate governance and a people-friendly value system.. Harsh Goenka, chairman, RPG Group, expressed his confidence in Anant’s abilities, emphasising his extensive experience in steering CEAT towards performance excellence over the past decade. He believes that Goenka is well-equipped to usher in a new era of growth for the RPG Group, especially in a time marked by rapidly evolving technology. The senior Goenka praised young Goenka’s business acumen and aptitude for driving change to adapt to evolving technologies, markets and consumer preferences.

Ina Bajwa moves on from her role as VP-HR at Tata Communications

Bajwa shared about her depart in a LinkedIn Ina Bajwa, who has been leading the human resources function at Tata Communications as its vice president, has moved on after a successful nearly ten-year long tenure. She initially joined Tata Communications in 2013 as the director and global head-HR for various departments such as products, digital, technology and corporate functions. Bajwa announced the news on LinkedIn and appreciated all the people who made her journey remarkable at Tata Communications. She did not reveal her future plans though, but hoped everyone would stay in touch with her and wish her well, “as I gear up for my next adventure (more details on that after a few days of reset break)…” Bajwa led the people and cultural aspects within transformation initiatives. She contributed to the expansion of new technology ventures encompassing IoT, Netfoundry (SaaS), and international mobility, growing their teams to over 2,000 members worldwide.
