Power gets Ruhie Pande as G-CHRO
Pande
was earlier driving the HR strategy for Godrej Capital as CHRO. Sterlite Power,
a power transmission developer and solutions provider in India and Brazil, has
appointed Ruhie Pande as its new group chief human resources officer (CHRO),
effective 10 October, 2023. Pande was earlier driving the HR strategy for
Godrej Capital as its CHRO. In this new role, Pande will spearhead the entire
gamut of human resources at Sterlite Power including strategy, talent and
culture priorities. She will work closely with Pratik Agarwal, managing
director of the group. Backed by over two decades of experience in HR, Pande
held leadership roles in many organisations. She joined Godrej Capital in June
2019 after serving as the CHRO at Godrej Properties for over two years. Over
the years, Pande has worked with some of the notable companies in India across
sectors such as financial services, real estate, fashion retail, information
technology and FMCG.

Flipkart’s
CPO, Krishna Raghavan moves on
Raghavan
first joined the company in July 2012. Krishna Raghavan, chief people officer,
Flipkart, has decided to part ways with the e-commerce company after a long and
successful two-time stint. The news comes amid the annual festive sales of the
e-commerce giantRaghavan’s association with Flipkart began in 2012, when he
joined the company as its vice president. He was responsible for engineering and
and product for the Group’s services— ekart, FSE and Jeeves— with the aim to
transform the Group’s consumer experiences through investments in the next
generation of platforms and capabilities. After over four years in this role,
in August 2016, he moved to Cleartrip as its chief technology officer.

Vikram Bector named
director & GCHRO, Welspun World
Bector's

(Aditya Birla Group). Welspun World has announced the appointment of Vikram
Bector as the director and group chief human resources officer, starting 16
October, 2023. This strategic move underscores Welspun World’s emphasis on

with the company’s overarching vision. In his role as GCHRO, Bector will be at
the forefront of reshaping the organisation’s human resources strategies and
