Technologies appoints Ratika G as director-HR
In
her over 20-year old career, Ratika has worked across sectors such as IT,
logistics, telecom and biotechnology, and is passionate about attracting,
developing and retaining talent. SolarEdge Technologies has named Ratika
G as its new director-human resources. Prior to this, Ratika was associated
with Sapiens as VP-HR, Australia & APAC, chief growth officer, India.
Bringing with her over 23 years of expertise in strategic HR, Ratika dedicated
more than seven years of her career to Sapiens. She joined the firm in the year
2016 as its VP-HR. For over five years, Ratika managed the HR gamut for India,
Australia and the APAC region, based out of Bengaluru. In the year 2021,
she was given an added responsibility of handling the company’s growth in India
as its chief growth officer. Having worked across sectors such as IT,
logistics, telecom, and biotechnology, Ratika is passionate about attracting,
developing and retaining talent. In her long and successful professional
journey, Ratika has worked with many big brands such as Ascendum Solutions,
Novozymes, OpSource and Airtel. Airtel is where she started her journey
in human resources, in the year 2005. She joined the company as its senior
executive-human resources and after a year moved to OpSource, a cloud computing
company, in 2006.

Mishra joins BITS Pilani as head-HR
He
started off in the Aditya Birla Group as the general manager-HR, Aditya Birla
Chemicals Division and his last held position was that of senior vice
president-HR, global epoxy business, Aditya Birla Advanced Materials Business
Ravi Mishra, former senior vice president-HR, global epoxy business, Aditya
Birla Advanced Materials Business, has now joined Birla Institute of Technology
and Science (BITS), Pilani as head-HR. He was associated with the Advanced
Materials Business for over four years, starting 2019. “I am
enthusiastic about the opportunity to drive change and innovation in the
education sector. With a focus on continuous learning and strategic alignment,
I am confident in our ability to shape the future of education in India,” says
an enthusiastic bMishra, sharing his excitement.
