Inter-collegiate Experiential Learning Contest ‘E-L-C’

RULES AND PROCEDURES FOR “E-L-C”–The HR Experiential Learning Contest ‘E-L-C’

1.     IESMCRC HR Club, HR Matrix is organising ‘E-L-C’– HR Experiential Learning Contest ‘E-L-C’.

2.     SCHEDULE:

17^th February at 12 Noon  (Final year Students (preferably) of All specialisations); Venue: IESMCRC, Bandra (W) Campus, 3rd Floor, Classroom:305.

3.     The EL cards will be given on that day and date.

4.     The submission is to be provided on that day in that time, by the participant.

5.     All students with recognised email ids, will be eligible for participation. Individual entry or groups of maximum 4 students is allowed.

6.     The starting date is on point no. 2. So be present and await your assessment on 17^th February 2023 at 12 Noon. sharp.

7.     The assessments will be announced by email individually to participants on 17^th February 2023.

8.     In the assessments,

a.      All students will be guided as to which competencies under their choice of specialization is better suited for them.

b.     The 3 best entries would be felicitated as winners based on creativity, competence, skill and language content.

9.     All are encouraged to participate in this contest using the S-T-A-R Technique to sharpen your career competency choices.

10.  The Winner, 1st Runner Up and the 2nd Runner Up would be felicitated with certificates. Certificate of participation would be provided to each participant.

11.  The photo gallery of the event will feature in our blog <https://iesmcrc-hrclub.blogspot.com/> and social media sites.
