The
date to submit the company name the respective group chooses is 15th
of Nov, 2016
Study the companies’ recruitment process, the basic candidate
requirements of the company, various rounds that they conduct, standard
questions they ask in interviews and any other relevant data with regard to the
companies’ recruitment process.
Cover all the parameters of the process and in a
form a skit SHOW CASE it via a Video. The video can be MAXIMUM of 10-15mins.
Along with a video, submit a Report on your study,
inclusive of the following:
1.
A brief summary
about the company.
2.
HR practices.
3.
Company’s
recruitment process.
4.
A current problem
that the company is facing (if any) and what would you do as a HR personnel or
as a manager to tackle the problem.
5.
Source of
research/Bibliography (Books, industry personnel interaction, videos, etc.).
At the time of submitting the Video and Report,
clearly mention the names of the team members and their respective roles.
NOTE
Ø Maximum 5 in each group
Ø Time limit of the video: 10-15 min
Ø Format of report: Word document
Ø Language: English with Music and Costume (optional)
The teams will be judged based on the
video and report equally
The final decision of the judges stand

POST COMPETITION HIGHLIGHTS!!
Ø The Winner and the 1st Runner Up would be
felicitated with certificates, and will appear on our blog and college website.
Ø Certificate of participation would be provided
to each participant.

AND PROCEDURES FOR THE COMPETITION

The competition will
be held online.
Ø
The case study will be
a general topic.
Ø
The solution for the
case must be depicted in a poster.
Ø
The poster can be of
maximum 2 pages in .jpeg/ .pdf/ .doc(x), .ppt(x) file formats only.
Ø
Only IES MCRC students
can participate as an individual entry in the competition.
Ø
The case topic will be
announced on 26th November 2016 to registered participants by email
only.
Ø
Late emails will not
be accepted.
Ø
The decision of the
judges would be final and binding.
Ø
1st Prize,
2nd Prize & 3rd
Prize Winners would be awarded with each a certificate.
Ø
The Winner’s names
will feature in our HR Matrix Club Blog.
Ø
All participants will
be given participation certificates.
