HR head of AZB & Partners, Kiran Patheja, joins Cyril Amarchand
Patheja will take over the role from Akanksha Antil, as head-talent acquisition. 
AZB & Partners’ Mumbai HR head, Kiran Patheja, has recently been roped in by Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as head of talent acquisition. Patheja, who is also a law graduate, joined the firm this month.
Having completed her bachelor’s in social legal sciences from ILS Law College in 2007, Patheja also holds a master’s degree in HR from the University of Sheffield. Before joining AZB, she worked at Khaitan & Co. as HR manager between November 2014 and October 2015, and BDO India from 2012 to 2014.

Shalini Adhaar joins Cargill as business HR head
Adhaar has a past experience in the sector, having worked with Reckitt Benckiser and Nestle earlier.
The former director-HR of Tupperware Brands, Shalini Adhaar has joined Cargill, the global commodities trader, as its business HR-head. She brings with her a rich past experience in the sector, having worked with brands, such as Reckitt Benckiser and Nestle earlier.
Adhaar, who graduated from Xavier Institute of Social Service in 1999, started her career with Tata Cummins as the manager-HR and stayed there for three years before moving to Bhartia Cutler Hammer as the section head, OD & training.
Post that, she worked with Nestle for two years as the consultant HR, before moving to Airtel as the head- talent management & talent development for Airtel’s enterprise services in 2006. In July 2008, Adhaar re-entered the FMCG space joining Reckitt Benckiser as the capability building and organisation effectiveness head for its South Asia market.

Girish Naik joins Cipla Biotec as head-HR
Naik was earlier the vice president-HR & head-organisational effectiveness at Reliance.
Cipla seems to be building a strong talent pipeline in human resources and has added another experienced leader in its cadre. Girish Naik, who was the vice president-HR & head-organisational effectiveness at Reliance, recently joined Cipla BioTec as the head of HR.
Naik will be leading the entire gamut of HR functions at the Goa headquartered Cipla BioTec. An engineering graduate from the University of Pune, Naik completed his business education from the Asian Institute of Management and has an experience of over 18 years.
Before joining Reliance in 2014, Naik was the chief human resources officer at Network18 and has also worked with Tata Motors prior to that.
