Pawar has successfully led
the transformative people agenda at KPMG since 2018. Unmesh
Pawar, partner & head of people, KPMG, has decided to move on after a stint
of close to three years at the multinational professional services company.
Back
in 2018, Pawar had quit Accenture, where he had served for 17 years, to join
KPMG. Pawar had joined Accenture in 2001 as general manager – HR. Over the
years, he was elevated to the position of global managing director – human
resources – Products Operating Group (consulting).
His
association with Accenture had begun when it had a 70,000-strong workforce and
by the time he left, the Company had grown to about 435,000 employees across
200 cities.

Thiru A
Thirunavukkarasu joins Cadila as global president – HR
Thirunavukkarasu comes with over three decades of experience in the HR. Cadila has appointed Thiru A
Thirunavukkarasu as the global president for HR. Backed by more than three
decades of experience in the field of human resources, he will now be in charge
of leading the people function at a global level for the Company.
A few months ago, Sunil Singh, CHRO, Cadila, had moved on to start his
own consultancy.
Thirunavukkarasu completed his masters in social work (MSW) in
personnel management and organisational behaviour, from Loyola College, Chennai
and went on to teach organisational behaviour and personnel management at the
College as assistant professor for a year right afterwards.

CentriLogic
expands leadership team; Shalini Duggal to take the helm as CPO
With more than 17 years
of experience, Duggal has previously served as HR head in two other
organisations. On
August 27, global IT transformation solutions provider, CentriLogic, appointed
Shalini Duggal as the chief people officer of the Company. Duggal brings with
her an experience of more than 17 years in the human resources domain. In her
new position, she will be responsible for leading all people, culture and
talent development functions throughout the global business.
Early in the year, CentriLogic acquired ManageForce
and ObjectSharp, bringing on board over 100 new employees. A part of Duggal’s
mandate will be to oversee the integration of the teams from the two
organisations, and drive an overall growth strategy for the company.
