onboards Ruchi Rai Arora as head – HR & admin
Arora
is backed by about 15 years of HR experience across sectors, including
automobiles, manufacturing, logistics, commodities and design. CapGrid has
onboarded Ruchi Rai as head – HR and admin. In this new role, she will manage
CapGrid’s strategy and performance culture, policies, processes, talent hiring,
people development and retention. Rai began her HR journey with
Bridgestone, where she served as assistant manager – HR and admin, from 2003 to
2005. Her responsibilities included manpower planning and managerial
recruitment, along with staffing, interviews, on-boarding, contract
negotiations and induction programmes.

Shaji
Mathew to be group head – HR, Infosys
Krish
Shankar to retire on 21 March 2023 after serving as group head – HR for almost
8 years. Come March 2023 and Infosys will have a new group head – human
resources. Shaji Mathew will step into the shoes of Krish Shankar, who has been
bearing this responsibility since 2015. Mathew has been serving as
executive vice president and global head of delivery – banking, financial
services, insurance (BFSI), healthcare and life sciences since 2019. His
tryst with Infosys began way back in 1992, when he joined as a software
engineer – delivery manager. By 2004, he was the divisional manager – insurance
