Sample e-booklets of analysis and e-certificates awarded to 92 participants of the Workshop The 1st & 2nd Year PGDM & PGDM(PM) students across colleges in India, are subject to various psychological tests, management games, and oral presentations and such other various exercises. They are asked questions and accordingly judged by the raters. On this Day of the Assessment Centre workshop, students in groups increased their self-awareness towards development, through the Personality profile analysis via 7 related psychometric tests. Dr. Mrs. Merlyn Michael D`souza presented 92 participants on behalf of IESMCRC HR club HR Matrix, e-certificates and Assessment Centre analysis booklets (soft copies).
