Sen, ex-CHRO, Myntra, appointed chief operating officer, Zeta
Sen was earlier VP, CHRO and head, consumer
experience, PR and corporate services at Myntra for over three years. Abhishek Sen,
former VP, CHRO and head, consumer experience, PR and corporate services at
Myntra, has joined Indian fintech company, Zeta, as its chief operating
officer. In this new role, Sen will be COO for Zeta, Flock and Radix. He will
also be part of the management team leading charters covering HR and business
operations, including real estate-workplace, procurement and IT operations.
An alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur, Sen was heading
several portfolios at Myntra and Jabong, before moving to Zeta. He was leading
human resources, consumer experience and contact centre, as well as public
relations.

Rahul Taneja back in
Essar stable, as MD, Essar Capital
Taneja has moved from
Jindal Steel and Power, where he was group chief people officer. Rahul Taneja, who was earlier, group chief
people officer of Jindal Steel and Power, has moved back to the Essar family.
He has joined Essar Capital as managing director. Essar Capital is the
investment manager of Essar Global Fund. It monitors and manages the entire
portfolio of investments owned by EGFL. At Essar Capital, Taneja will be
responsible for all human management practices and strategy, besides other
additional roles.

Katharina
Rath named CHRO at DB Schenker
Rath, who has about 20
years of experience, will step into the shoes of Thomas Schulz, who has
completed an eight-year stint at Schenker. Kathrina Rath, who is currently
senior vice president – human relations, at Continental Automotive
Technologies, is all set to move to DB Schenker come December. Rath has been
working with Continental for almost two decades. She will replace Thomas
Schulz, who is leaving Schenker in October, at the end of his regular
appointment period. Schulz stayed with DB Schenker for eight years.
