Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA facilitated this on-demand webinar panel discussion. For over 100 years, Kellogg products have nourished families around the world. An organization focused on employee engagement, Kellogg partnered with Achievers nearly three years ago to align its strategic global recognition goals with their long-term growth plan. In this program, Kellogg`s Sanjay Patel and Liz Smith and Matthew Tremmaglia of Achievers unpacked how Kellogg deployed a highly successful global recognition platform and shared lessons learned about how Kellogg has been transforming it into an engagement hub. They also discussed Kellogg`s global recognition strategy amidst a pandemic.
