There was a clear majority of participants from the Science and Commerce backgrounds. Ms. Michele Sereno followed next with a brief interlude on the concept of HR, the emergence of the role of the HR generalist and different career options in HR available to fresh post-graduates. She concluded with an illustrious overview of her own career and it was motivational to see how well she fared in life being an alumnus of IESMCRC itself. She accolated various IESMCRC faculty like Prof. Mahulikar, Prof. Shahane, Prof. Rao, Prof. Sushma among others and shared how they contributed largely to her own success. Ms. Bianca went in next with her take on the role of an HR specialist. She exemplified her own role as an HR Information Systems Specialist amid this Covid-19 outbreak times.
