Creative Synergies Group, a global digital innovation solution provider,
appoints Sujendra GS, vice president, human resources. GS moves from
LTIMindtree where he was leading the BFSI vertical and APAC Geo. Welcoming
him to their team, Mukesh Gandhi, founder and CEO, Creative Synergies Group,
said, “Sujendra’s proficiency in HR transformation interventions, people &
succession planning, HR analytics, and engagement frameworks is a welcome
addition to our team.” He will be responsible for spearheading people
related initiatives for the brand’s business units in India, US, Japan,
Germany, the Netherlands and the UK.

Ansari is new head – HR, Shemaroo Entertainment
With
experience across sectors such as power, automobile, consumer goods and
infrastructure, Ansari moves from BIC, the stationery company, where she was
head of human resources for almost 8 years. Shiza Ansari has been
appointed head – HR, Shemaroo Entertainment. Her previous assignment was with
BIC, the stationery company, where she was head of human resources for almost
eight years, handling HR management, HR transformation, employee relations,
culture change, strategy, business strategy, people management as well as
compensation and benefitsHer experience spans industries such as consumer
goods, automobile, infrastructure and power. An alumna of the Indian
Institute of Management, Lucknow, where she studied talent analytics and human
resource management, Ansari has worked for Reliance Infrastructure as senior
human resource manager from 2004 to 2011, based out of Mumbai. From Reliance,
she moved to Volkswagen India as senior HR manager, in 2011. A little less than
three years later, she joined Larsen & Toubro as senior HR consultant,
based out of Mumbai. A short seven-month stint later, she moved to BIC, where
she completed the longest stint of her career.
