Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Merlyn Michael D'souza with Class-based activity of PGDM & PGDM (PM) students on Group Development Stages in class of Organisational Behaviour

Activity-based learning on Tuckman's model on Stages of Group Development explained

These stages are commonly known as: Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning. Tuckman's model explains that as the team develops maturity and ability, relationships establish, and leadership style changes to more collaborative or shared leadership.

Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Mrs. Merlyn Michael D'souza, students work in groups of 3-5 and use 6 sticks to make as many triangles as possible. The group with the most triangles wins. The review activity is a chart that shows how each group or individual progresses through four stages of team development. Students need to enter their roll numbers in a certain way as seen in the charts at the end.

Samples of 3 random groups results of the activity
