Petersen joins Cipla as VP-HR
Petersen
moves from Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she was VP-HR, laboratory chemicals.
After a successful five-year long tenure at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Lori
Petersen has joined Cipla has vice president-human resources. Having begun her
professional journey in 2001, with MRINetwork, as research manager, Petersen
comes with over two decades of experience. She served as talent acquisition
specialist at CHEP from 2006 to 2008 before moving on to Rolls-Royce in June of
2008.

Sanjay
Gawde elevated to head-HR and admin, Mahindra Logistics
Gawde
has been with the Mahindra Group since December 2021, earlier handling group
rewards and later heading group talent management. Sanjay Gawde has been appointed head-HR and
administration and senior management personnel (SMP), Mahindra Logistics,
starting 1 October 2024. He will take over from Edwin Lobo who is opting for
early retirement. Gawde’s association with the
Mahindra Group began in 2021, with him handling group rewards for over two
years before heading group talent management in February 2024.

Ankur Berry appointed global head of HR, Cigniti Technologies
Prior
to this, Berry served Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging as its VP and global
head-people & culture. Coforge has appointed Ankur Berry as the new global
head-HR of Cigniti Technologies, a firm it acquired. In his new role, Berry
will oversee the integration of people across the delivery and practice teams
of the combined business unit. Leveraging over two decades of experience in global leadership
and HR management, Berry will manage the company’s entire HR portfolio and
associated functions.
